My dear Sisters, it's been hard to come to terms with our very dear Ope's sudden transition. I can"t recall any dull moment with him. The shock hit me hard, but God has him resting peacefully to awake in Christ Again. I remember the smiles we shared whenever we saw, talked and winked at each other. I miss him too. May the Lord will grant us all strength to carry on in Jesus Name, Amen. Peace and Strength to u dear sisters.

Ope, the last time I saw you was in 1991 when I brought Peter to your mum at Akure. You bonded with Peter so quick just like you did with everyone you met, even for the first time. Your kindness was beyond measure. We thank God that gave you to our family even though it's for a short time. You really touched our lives and our hearts in a special way. Ope, you will never be forgotten. "O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?" Ope, may your soul rest in peace.
